The Three or Free Guarantee applies to orders that are within our Southern California coverage area only. We cover
most properties in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. Some areas
in these counties are not covered, and we will notify you within 24 hours of your order if you have purchased
photography for an address that is not within our coverage area. The Three or Free Guarantee does not apply to
these orders.
The Three or Free day
count begins with the day after the order is received. For example, for orders received on Monday, Tuesday
would be day one. Monday orders will be posted on the MLS by midnight on Thursday in this example. Orders
received on Tuesdays will be posted on the MLS by midnight on Friday, and so on.
The Three or Free Guarantee also applies to orders requiring an appointment provided we are able to set an appointment
and perform the requested work no later than the third day after the order is placed. If the property is not
available or we are not able to set an appointment within this time, the Three or Free Guarantee does not apply.
The Three or Free Guarantee does not apply to delays caused by Internet connectivity or MLS system interruptions.
